Question: How do I schedule a pick-up from my home or office?

Answer: You can fill in the “Schedule a Pick-Up” on the Contact Us page (EMBEDDED LINK). If you are in a rush, an email or SMS is also fine. In your message, mention the preferred date and time of pick-up and list the items. Photos of items are helpful

Question: How much notice do you need?

Answer: The earlier the better! However, we often are able to accommodate last minute requests. If it is a last minute request, be sure to email or SMS.

Question: How much do your services cost?

Answer: Our service is free to the community. However, any donation will assist us greatly in our mission and will be appreciated. People usually give from 20AED to 100AED. (A full truck costs us 300AED). If you choose not to give any money, that's fine as well.

Question: What about if my bigger items (i.e. sofa, bed, tv cabinet) are broken? What do you do with this wood?

Answer: Our guys will take and dispose of larger items that are not in usable condition. However, we do request that you pay 100AED for transport. We crush the chipwood and re-use the powder for industries.

Question: Where does all my items go? What happens to my “Junk”?

Answer: All items collected are taken to Ajman. Once, repaired and sorted, they are either donated to labourers, sold to cover our expenses, and or given to Red Cresent. Items that are not repairable, are recycled.
