About Us

TakeMyJunk began in 2007 by a Canadian businessman who saw needs in his community to reduce waste and provide for the poor.

In order to meet these needs, TakeMyJunk collects unwanted household items from people in the UAE. We then sell or distribute these items at a low cost to those in need.

With the proceeds from the sales, we provide meals, medical care, and basic necessity to labourers living in Ajman

With these items we:

Re-distribute or sell these items to low income families or labourers in the northern emirates

Convert these items into meals, payback loans, sponsor medical expenses for labourers

Provide quality goods to families that cannot afford to purchase new items.

With support of people like you, we have given hundreds of items to people in need through our Junk Programme.
